Picasa is an interesting program which people can use it for fixing, editing and uploading their photos in google or any where they would like to upload their photos in. Moreover you can make a videos with this program and you can upload songs on your video tape which you would like to have and now am going to write the steps to make a video tape in picasa.
First of all, open the program. Second, chose the picture which you would like to upload it in the video tape and double click on it. Third, you will find a movie icon in the bottom of the page just click on it. Next, press on clips and click on the green + symbol and then load the photos which you would like to upload them in the video. After that, click on movie and press on load to load a music on you video. Finally, press on create the movie and your movie will be created and you will find it on the file which you saved it on.
I think it’s the best program I have ever used because there are many things you can do it in this program.
